Es schwankte heute morgen sehr auf der Waage. Ich habe mal das Mittel genommen 😊 schönen Arbeitstag an alle fleißigen.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 46.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
