The weekend of the 5th, I made poor food choices for about 3 days and didn’t make it to the gym at all... That Monday I was up 4.5lbs (water weight). It took me to the next weekend to lose it all. Had a fun Saturday with family, pizza, and liquor. Took a day to get that out of my system and now I am seeing another lower number. Balance in life is important and getting back up and trying again (and harder) is the most important thing. Leaving for My 3-week Europe trip in 11 days so I won’t be eating out for the remainder of my time home. I’ll be eating and drinking responsibly in Europe because I don’t want to gain back any of the 30lbs I have lost since February— it would even be nice to lose another 7-10lbs on vacation. Anyways, Happy Tuesday all!
