this past week, exactly one week, wasn't so great as this was vacation week. I drank more wine than I'd like to admit, the majority of my calorie consumption was wine 😞 when I did eat I only ate meat. I kept telling myself not to eat processed foods and not to worry because ill be back at the gym on Monday... well... here we are on Monday and I am not ready to go back 😞 I'm just exhausted from the travel and lack of sleep. I think today I'll take a "refresher" day since its the last of vacation before reality smacks me in the ass tomorrow
