I feel worried today because I’m having breast cancer symptoms
106.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1597 kcal Fat: 56.97g | Prot: 58.32g | Carb: 223.86g.   Breakfast: Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal, Tea (Brewed), Applesauce Unsweetened, Orange Juice. Lunch: Mixed Salad Greens, Udi's Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread, Boar's Head Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner: Cooked Artichoke (from Fresh), Butter , Butternut Winter Squash , Baked or Broiled Trout, Grape Juice. Snacks/Other: Great Value Medium Black Olives, Coffee with Sugar, Applebee's Sweet Potato Fries. more...
