Have recently stopped measuring everything I eat, I thought I knew what and how much I could eat, but the scale seams to differ with me. So i’m back full time on FS. Trying to stay strong, but an increase on the scale is rather depressing. Good luck for the week everyone.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
