Birthday weekend. Indulged with cake, chips, champagne, wine. Back in the wheel of lifting, walking, macro eating. One good thing: the scale doesn’t scare me anymore when the number goes up. I know what to do according to my needs and goals.

12 month postpartum. Tired. Breakfast I crafted after reading a peer-reviewed research on hormonal health and breastfeeding. Maternal bone density changes may be caused by the calcium needs of the infant during lactation.
