I am 32 and I started weight watchers at 307 and I am now 280. I am doing the flex points plan. With the help of my chiropractor dm who has taken over my live style path. I do not call weight watcher a diet because I am going to be on it for life. I am going the million dollar match up with a friend. I even bought the weight watchers cook book and scale and read their magazine. I workout 7 days a week . I drink between 2-3 gallons of water a day . and I have never cheated on this plan and I don't ever plan to .

Thanks for posting the quiz I found out that I was not eating enough points I was eating 30 points . When I Should be eating between 38-39 points. thanks. It helped me realize that I was not eating enough food. isn't that funny a fat person not eating enough food. LOL.
