Yes there is a bit of an upswing but not bad considering I went out of town and didn’t even open this app once! But I sure enjoyed the donuts, burrito, and chicken. I even ate two large salads to balance it out. Well, I’m home now and the weekend is over so now it’s time to pay the piper.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love your positivity!!! You’re totally right; it’s life, things happen and if you enjoyed that food than job well done! Nothing should be off limits just enjoy everything in moderation! And you even ate two salads as well; fantastic! That’s what life is all about: balance.
