BS..127 Two large bowls of Jason's deli salad bar for lunch/dinner. No way to calculate calories/carbs. Stayed away from breads, potato and pasta salads, added nuts, seeds with raisins/cranberries, cottage cheese, cheese, bean salad, and green peas to mostly greens and fresh vegetables. Two ladles of Italian dressing. It was yummy.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
