I have been sticking to the juicing 100%... I go to the juice bar at Whole foods everyday and have been drinking three 12oz Green Goodness juices (kale, broccoli, parsley, pear, pineapple, lemon, and cucumber). With that I am drinking a minimum of 100 oz of water each day. It is going really well, I dont feel hungry and I am already seeing major water loss on the scale. The only problem is I just dont know how to log this on my food diary. I am going to check what others participating in this challenge are doing... in the mean time though, anyone have any suggestions please?
