I got caught up in a sugar-free binge yesterday and today. I have been craving sweets and I noticed sugar-free reeses cups and york peppermint patties in the aisle I was forced to go down for some nutritious peanut butter. It beckoned my name and I convinced myself that one or two was just fine... two days and two bags later I am seeing the negative results. :(

No more EXTRA "Free" foods for me...and by the way, those little things pack in some calories.
321.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 141.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I didnt even know they had sugar free PB cups. Actually I wish I didnt know...lol. I love PB cups.
