On my way to the Gym.... Didn't do so well Yesterday Boss bought Pizza and the Temptation was to much... My intentions were to eat just one slice and enjoy my Salad for lunch. :) I think it was'z the site of pizza every where and 8 hour shift that got me. It wasn't so bad... ended up eating 3 slices... over the course of a shift. Weight stay'd the same so Big Smile on my face today.... Now off to the Gym to work it off...
