Admittedly, haven't done much (ok anything, really) on the exercising... but I have been improving my diet slowly but surely and trying to eat better. That usually gets the first 5-10lbs off for me, so I gotta start exercising at least once or twice a week... baby steps lol... baby goals. But... back down to 190 so feeling a bit more like I can do this. :)
