Weighed on an unfamiliar scale but will be using it in the future, not planning on using it often. Under 200, and still well below my initial goal of 220. Eating has been maintenance, not trying to lose, but don't want to gain. All in all, satisfied. Have a good week, folks!

Phil, do you have your history recorded down somewhere that would be available for folks to view? There are some here now who might really get some encouragement from how far you have come, your successes and what the eating plan for you actually looked like. You have a good week also :)

Thanks Becca, and no, I don't have an available weight history anymore. I closed my original account because I was being harassed, and because some people have so much angst and prejudice against any way of eating that's not theirs I decided not to share what I did or do. If anyone is interested they're more than welcome to message me.

You are as much of an inspiration in maintenance as you were while losing weight. Great job! You are the ultimate success story!

Great job, Phil! I have gotten distracted from FS and FB. Everything is pretty cool. Hope you are enjoying the your daughter. My wife has this bug going around, and now I feel it, but jumped on the meds right away. Be COOL!
