Day 7 of no sugar involved a little cheat. Made a small batch of no bakes with a glug of pure maple syrup and a sprinkling of sugar. Bill and I shared them and had 5 a piece. They were perfect but it was a cheat and I admit it. Staying exactly nowhere good on my weigh ins. Booo. I'm back to day two no sugar.

Sugar addiction is so deceptive that just before writing this last note I'd had pancakes for breakfast with sugary syrup and didn't even register it. Day one... again. Wow that blows my mind (my sugar intoxicated mind) Geez. But thank you XshapeshiftX, you're an inspiration. Wake up Me!

Ha, finally got back on my tablet! That said, thank you for your confessions and pull yourself together. We're excluding all sweet flavors to rid ourselves of the addiction. The cravings decrease with each day, and come right back as soon as we indulge again. I had a little more dark chocolate, dang it! I think it was Sunday - did I report it? Not sure. I keep waffling around the same weight and still have some tight pants. The good news is that we know how this works and have every capability to get er done!!! 💙💚💛💜💪😎
