Lost a whopping 0.2 lbs in the last week! Woo Hoo! :-P
Well this is where it pays to have a body fat scale, as well as wear a belt.
I've substantially increased my walking. A lot. And I'm counting calories. Each week I reduce the number (easing my body into it :-). Going down another 100 calories this week.
According to the scale I've lost nearly a full percentage point of body fat. (Weigh first thing in the morning after using the toilet). But more importantly, I can MUCH more comfortably attach my belt to the furthest hole, and probably can reach the 2nd hole soon.

Diet followed reasonably well.
