Thanks Steven, it really did kickstart me, I ended up at about 38 hours total, but had 2 overnights so it wasn't that bad, actually it felt good. Unfortunately today I was on the grumpy side, so I ended the fast. I was trying for around 48-60 hours but it was a no go. I found that after the fast, it was very easy to stick to my LCHF plan, then once you start going along the LCHF road, the drive gets easier.
