Back in the saddle. Same old, same old for brekkies. Feels like comfortable shoes. Half my killers for the day and a 125 ml glass of the red stuff. I ignore the studies which show it's not heart beneficial :D
Lily sheep is still on her feet and nibbling grass. Here's hoping.
