ouch! The truth hurts! bad! I will not be on track with my weight & it will only get worse before it could have a chance of getting better. perhaps this demonstrates a mix up of priorities, wants, desires. in general. perhaps even food coincides with the wants of the world. How sneaky. only grace can see us through to the truth, the many truths of life.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
