I was hoping for ANY KIND of loss and though it wasn't much, I did manage to lose .4 pounds since my last weigh in.
Will be working from home until Christmas...I believe...so will get some exercise in and will post more losses, even if they are small.
Happy Hump day.

Hi Madanjen, keep it up :)
Have you tried Tabata training? It's a series of quick 4 minute exercises you can do at home. the training is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using body weight exercises.
Perfect for the home :)
I just started about a week ago and starting to feel great. Getting hungry at the weirdest times, but I guess that is due to increased metabolism.
Keep it up :)
I did find a free ebook recommended to me which talks about a way of cooking to increase metabolism at www.guidehealthyliving.com helpful. You can check it out if you are interested.

All the small losses add up to bigger results, and you're having good success at a time of year when many tend to gain. So great job!
