Well. At least I am losing weight. Which is a great motivator to go on. I still have a long way to go as I suspect it may take up to two years to reach my goal weight at this rate. But I am already feeling better: exercise on its own wouldn't have done it, it has to be combined with diet to create a deficit and lose weight. And then there will be the challenge of stabilising the weight once it is reached.
