Wow! Finally, my weight went down! I thought the scale was for to move. What a great surprise that it went down not one but 3 pounds! That may not remain, but it feels great to have gotten past that barrier! Maybe the fact that my body is undergoing changes, contributes to my sensation of weakness. I think out may also be my response to fatigue.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
