I know for sure this has to be water weight from my TOM, so, I'm not getting discouraged...I've followed my diet to a t. Well, there will be more lost next week, due to an increase in exercise! A small weight loss just affects me for one week, I'm in it for the long haul, and as long as I stick with it, I WILL lose this dreaded water weight/bloating. A loss is a loss. I did lose and for that I'm truly grateful...better weigh in next time!!!
