Yadda yadda. Too fixated today on feeling a bit thinner. looking okay. reality check, my favorite jeans would button, but the button is at risk of snapping off. Kind of bored.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
