Week 20 day 3: Substituted yesterday, which is alot af bending, squatting, walking, just busy on your feet, occasionally rushing to stop a WWE match from breaking out between 2 kids. Came home, walked the large puppy around the yard and walked on treadmill after. Played outside with the youngest until big bro came home. Feet were sore by end of day, then surprised i ACTUALLY managed to get 10k steps!!! Doesn't happen at home like this.
