Yikes! Snacking after dinner is not my friend! I was so pleased with my weight loss that I have let bad habits back in....time to refocus and try to stay between 1500 and 1800 calories a day.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
