Well, folks, I only lost 2 pounds for this past week! I will aim to lose more this week. I really didn't eat that much this past week 😫
432.1 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

to me a 2 pound loss is fabulous. due to circumstances, 1 pound a week seems to be my upper limit. doctor is still happy because i am losing

A loss is a loss no matter what. I’m finding it hard to find a balance due to my size and not truly knowing for sure if I’m doing enough to keep loosing
