Well, it's been just over 3 weeks since the house fire, and today was the first time I was able to weigh myself in the morning before any food. it's a different scale, not sure how accurate it is, but a couple pounds gain after such an upheaval to my life is not bad. I expected a lot worse. Still not tracking food, but trying to be mindful to eat more fruits and veggies, cut back on sweets and comfort foods. Still eating more sweets than before fire, but not stuffing myself anymore.
