I wonder how far off that is? You had gotten down to 35.6% with me. But having it at home, you can still measure change. Remember to weight at the same time of day, and it's most accurate later in the evening.

Yeah not sure I think its just a function of the accuracy, it is definitely not as fancy as yours. However, I am generally following a lot of the recipes you gave me and I have gone down 1 jean size since January 1. I can't put my hands on the BodPod Eddie did back on Jan 6 for the competition but I am not too worried about it. the scale continues to go down I am looking leaner and I am stronger. Thanks for checking in.
