Guess eating powdered donuts and chocolate chip cookies PLUS not walking is not good❤️
It worked when I was in my 20’s
193.5 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weighed 100 pounds and trying to gain in my 20’s No in early 50’s and only have to think about that slice of apple pie at home and can gain weight
