Today is day 4 of the 21 day fix and I'm down 5 pounds. I have been following the diet perfectly and doing the workouts 30 minutes a day. I get to eat fruit and a limited amount of carbs (no gluten) and I haven't felt this good in a long time! (I mean its only been 3 days but wow I can't wait to see how I feel after 21 days!) I have muscles that are aching that I didn't even know I had and its awesome!
