Ok - doing great with the diet but not great with the exercise - making it the gym once a week at best and swimming once or twice. Feeling good - can't imagine what they are feeding hubby - out on 40 foot boat for the week renewing certification - I'm sure it's nothing good! Rained all day yesterday but sun is out today. Yea!
