Bad lab results has given me a swift kick in the rear to really monitor my intake and what I am eating. I’ve always been prediabetic and had a hard time processing dairy, and all the goodies I want to eat. For the past three days I have not had sugar, processed carbs, or dairy and boom my weight starts going down. Now if I could get this headache to go away from sugar withdrawals.
