I was feeling so gross after going over my calorie intake the last few days and not being able to stick to my diet. This is a big surprise - I'm so relieved! Thought I ruined my progress. 😱
111.8 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
