edit the measurements(silly tape measure or silly me or both) turns out only 0.5cm down at the hips the rest stayed the same.
if it Looks too good to be true it probably is haha.

Yes no sneaky measuring inbetween haha. Daily weighing hough i dont want to risk getting a huge shock after a week of not weighing myself. Best to know where i'm at daily:-)

I agree! Definitely weigh in daily. Even if daily results don't mean anything when isolated, they can be very useful to see the weekly trend :)
