I only ate a meal during the day. (I ate everything I want) 🍴 😋
I started with 59 pounds.
55 pounds at the moment.
Height 168 cm
No dinner for 3 months. Ate today, an amazing thing ... 😍
I keep eating 2 times a day now. 😂😝😝Dance dance dance 💃💃💃
121.3 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
