Well, yesterday I conquered my agoraphobia and left the house with my kids for the first time in month. We went out and bought vegan burritos, went on a long walk/jog and shopped for new video games which was our carrot to motivate us to clean the ENTIRE house. In any event I pushed myself to my physical and mental health limit. I decided to "reward" myself with a bottle of wine which turned in to two bottles of wine split between me and the hubby. I followed that up with white castle microwaved sliders and half a bar of dark chocolate. My hydration protocol is busted and I feel quite like trash. I want to log my weight today because it is important to me to be real about these moments of coping with unhealthy eating and drinking. I want to see how much my weight is fluctuating rather than being a fair weather weigh-er. On the other hand I want to be compassionate to myself and allow it to be OK that I had a LOT of fun yesterday. Now to lovingly hydrate and snuggle the day away. Happy Sunday everyone!
