Down, down, little chunks at a time. Not complaining. Down 3.1 this week. I've ended up doing OMAD for most of the week not super-intentionally and I have not found myself hungry until the morning. Even then it's not overwhelming and coffee calms it. Typically eat lunch around 1130 so that's where I break "fasting." Not sure if technically the coffee w/any creamer breaks actual fasting process but I'm seeing large on ketones so something's working.
