I think I am back to my weight from 2 or 3 weeks ago. It seems to be a normal fluctuation (might be period-related), because I did not eat in a significantly different way this week, and I still snacked. Maybe I was more mindful of my snacking.

I made a small pizza crust (maybe 6") with a chaffle recipe (1 egg, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 2 tbsp almond flour, a pinch of baking powder) directly on a pan last night. Despite eating my pizza with a fork and a knife, I still ended up "burning" my palate even though my pizza was not too hot. It is a bit annoying because for the next 5-7 days, my palate will be sensitive and this part of my mouth will bleed when I brush my teeth. It was that way yesterday when I brushed my teeth before going to bed.

Nice weekend coming up, but not so much for Monday (rain forecast coming up), which is a holiday. That's OK because this still means a 3-day weekend for me!
152.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very nice loss. Ups and downs! I think we have to learn to live with them. Did your pizza taste good? Sorry about the palate. I see that there is another keto gathering in Ontario coming up. Was it in Ottawa? Eric Westman was going.
