Dealing with vertigo and all that goes meniere's disease this week. Was unable to hardly move yesterday, today some better going to try to hit the gym to at least get some strength training and maybe recumbent bike. I haven't lost a lot since beginning IF, but my belly has gone down some so I take that has a win.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sorry you're not feeling well. Praying you will feel better and have good results with the Intermittent Fasting. I don't use it myself, but a lot of people on here have very good results with it. (I think I'd totally gorge myself during the "eating hours.")

Belly down is a win. Take care of that vertigo. Wait for it to be better to do something too radical
