YIKES! 9 pounds in 21 days is a little a bit scary. What's going on? How can we help? You were doing SO well there for a couple weeks. Maybe go back in your Journals and see what you were eating and doing from February 25th through March 5th, and do that again. It seemed to work!

I went to the doctor and it was right after lunch..this morning I weighed at home and it said 170.2. I don't think my scales are that off, I calibrated them. Maybe it was because it was right after I eat and I didn't eat well.
