Day 6 of planned 6 days. Finally, it was one meal after fast 22 hours, low carb, 1500 calories, 33 g Net carb, no pictures forgot it. A happy day full of strong will for all.
141.1 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
