갑자기 0.4키로가 빠졌다!! 어제 대체 뭘 한거지..? 평소처럼 먹고 평소처럼 운동했는데...
111.8 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
