Sooooo....just got back from a 2 week vaca in Florida and actually LOST A POUND!! I usually make really poor choices (especially when it comes to alcohol!)in restaurants. While I wasn't perfect, I was more mindful. Plus, my hubby and I got up every morning before the sun and took a walk!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
