How can I be up a pound in one day 😬 ? I didn’t eat more than 1500 calories yesterday. It blows my mind. I did have a really bad day fighting with husband, problems back home and I was upset and stressed all day maybe that’s why. Well today’s a new day and a do over ! Happy Sunday everyone

Probably just stress. It will balance out in a few days. I’m not even weighing myself until next week because it will be at least three pounds up for a week.

I think it is all age and metabolism, we woman struggle, so much working against us as being female.

Honestly Nikki I’m up and down all the time like a yo-yo! As long as you’re down overall at the end of the week then you’re ok but fluctuations happen every day even if you stick to your diet ie: hormones, stress, salt intake and carb intake and just because it can lol so it will come off don’t worry

I was under so much stress this week my migraine lasted 3 days I’m bloated so I didn’t weigh myself because I know I’m up I feel it

Yeah I know it’s so discouraging but I guess if I am patient and give it another week I’ll be down cause I know I’m still eating healthy and whole. Being a 43 hormonal post menopausal woman it’s not fun 😡
