Yeah I’ve been snacking a bit too mindlessly :( I’m going back to exercising that’s the only way for me to be able to eat a bit more and not feel deprived. I don’t know how some people can eat 1000 calories or less, it blows my mind. I’m happy at 1500 but my body without exercise it’s too slow 😔

It happens to me all the time. I graze lol at night when I shouldn’t and it’s carbs which I know will put my water weight up. I’m just now over 3 days of being strict loosing the 3 pounds I gained in excess water. You will too it happens to all of us.
