Yeah, it's a new day Nikki. I've been eating more the past week but also walking more but haven't lost any more weight. I had hoped to up my calories a bit, exercise more and continue to lose slowly but it didn't happen that way. So, I'll have to closely monitor my food intake and keep the calories under 1000. That sounds low, but at my age and with my height it allows me to lose a pound a week. Have you noticed that your rate of loss has slowed down? Mine has so some tweaking is in order.
