Up and down, up and down...
I did well yesterday. We had chicken casserole for dinner, with some thin slices of Italian bread with garlic butter. I didn’t overeat; I actually put a second serving on my plate, took a bite, then said “I’m not even hungry. I’ll pack this for work tomorrow.” So that’s a huge win for me.
