Well, I was a little tired at work this morning. May just be my body getting used to this. Took a nap this afternoon and getting ready to make dinner for my hubbie. Skipped the gym today, and I feel guilty, so I will walk tonight. I'm anxious to see if my weight number will go below 178. I have not seen 177 yet. Fingers crossed!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
