I actually started last Monday the 19th. I weighed 211 and currently weigh 206. I did Atkins for a short time a few years ago and lost 15 pounds rather quickly. I have determined that starches, breads etc. are very bad for me. I love pasta, ouch. I have really good will power fortunately so we will roll.
